Afterwards we will have a potluck dinner in the little park on Pueblo Drive, from 5-7PM. We will have some tables there, but if you want to barbecue, bring your own grill. Hope to see you there. | Saturday, October 21 | There is a bike festival at the railyards on Oct. 21st. from 9 am to 1 pm. There will be raffling off two high end children's bikes, fitting and giving away helmets, and giving out information of traffic calming, safe routes to school, and maps of present and future bike routes. There will be live music, a bike rodeo and show, kid's contests, safety and bike maintenance clinics, and fun rides for riders of all abilities. This should be a really good time for kids and families and anyone else who is interested in cycling. If you would like to help out with the event please contact jamie at jamiet@dog.com. |
