SFHS Faculty Survey

The Santa Fe High School (SFHS) Faculty Survey was compiled by SFHS faculty for the purpose of soliciting faculty opinions on the implementation of Small Learning Communities (SLC). The results of this survey will be made public and your responses are anonymous. Do not put your name on the survey or the narrative comments unless you would like to be identified. Please circle your answers and return the survey to whomever distributed it to you by the start of 4th Period Tuesday, Nov 30.
