Cordova Rd. dangerous for bicycles - Provide bicycle lanes

Neighbors living on Escalante most concerned about dangers, noise, damage to house foundations caused by heavy truck traffic mostly servicing Alfalfa's and speeding cars.
Some suggestions were (1) close Escalante at Cordova (2) ban truck traffic on residential roads (3) install speed bumps (4) install all-way stop at Letrado and Escalante intersection (5) install signs at road entrance to Escalante (children at play, no trucks, etc) This is seen as a very serious problem.

Concern was also voiced about the high level of exhaust fumes in the residential areas adjacent to Alaflfas. Have ther been any air quality tests in the area?
